These terms govern your use of eduvy.in, run by Eduvy Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What Eduvy is
Eduvy helps students and parents discover and compare colleges, plan admissions and finances, and read education news. It also gives colleges and recruiters their own portals. Eduvy is not a college or university: admission decisions, seat allotment, fees and refunds are decided by the colleges themselves.
2. College information and fees
College details on Eduvy come from the colleges and from public sources. Fees shown are indicative totals and estimates, not quotes. Always confirm fees, eligibility, approvals and deadlines with the college before you pay or apply. We correct errors when we learn of them; tell us at support@eduvy.in.
3. Edubro AI and the AI Board
Edubro AI and the Eduvy AI Board give general guidance generated by software. Their answers can be incomplete or wrong and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Check important decisions with the college, a counsellor or a qualified adviser.
4. Accounts
Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. College and recruiter accounts must be used only by people authorised by that institution or company. We may suspend an account that is misused or that puts other users at risk.
5. Content colleges and users submit
Colleges are responsible for the accuracy of the profiles, fees, images and College Updates they submit, and confirm they have the right to publish them. By submitting content, you allow Eduvy to display, format and share it on Eduvy and its feeds and widgets. Eduvy reviews College Updates before publishing and may edit, decline or remove any content that is inaccurate, unlawful or against these terms.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or impersonate a person or institution.
- Do not submit someone else's contact details in our forms without their permission.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, its APIs or other users' data.
- Do not use automated tools in a way that harms the service or ignores our robots.txt.
7. Fees, payments and loans
Fee payments, Easy EMI plans and education loans are offered through the Eduvy mobile app with payment providers and lending partners. Those partners' terms apply to the transaction, and loan approval is at the lender's discretion. Eduvy is not a bank or lender.
8. Links to other websites
Eduvy links to college websites, exam bodies and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Our content
The Eduvy name, logo, software, design and the articles we write belong to Eduvy Technologies Private Limited. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Please do not copy or republish substantial parts of the website without our permission, except where a page offers data or widgets for reuse on stated terms.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Eduvy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, from information supplied by colleges or third parties, or from decisions made by colleges, lenders or payment providers.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
