College Admissions Platform: Applications from the Eduvy Student App
Eduvy's college admissions platform is an intake pipeline for Indian colleges in which applications submitted on the Eduvy student app arrive in the institution's dashboard as structured records with documents already attached. That is the difference from a PDF form or an enquiry inbox. A student who filters by state, place and programme on the app, compares your fee structure against three other colleges and applies, produces a record your admission office can act on — eligibility visible, marksheets uploaded from the phone camera, no re-keying and no spreadsheet.
The same record follows the student. Once a seat is accepted it becomes their student profile — ID card, timetable, fee ledger — because admissions, the ERP and payments share one data layer.
Who it is for
- Admission offices drowning in phone enquiries, walk-ins and half-filled forms from three different sources.
- Colleges recruiting outside their own district, including rural students searching for urban campuses.
- Institutions working with education consultants who need their own console and their own conversion numbers.
- Principals and trustees tracking intake against target during the season, not after it.
- Students and parents, who apply to several colleges from one profile and one document set.
What the pipeline covers
- Your listing on the student app — Courses, transparent year-wise fee structures, hostels, placement data and facilities, published from the ERP's app management module to students filtering by state, place and programme.
- Application requests queue — Every application lands in the admissions queue with its documents; review, check eligibility, approve, and onboard the student to the ledger in one click.
- Document verification — Board marksheets, migration certificates, government IDs and affidavits uploaded by the applicant and stored against institutional compliance logs.
- Consultant admissions — Verified counsellors and consultants get their own console to upload candidate dossiers and book reserved seats, tracked in the same ledger as direct applications with per-channel conversion.
- AI enquiry qualification — Pre-application enquiries are called within a minute by Ava, the admissions CRM at eduvycrm.com — stream, budget and intake year captured in nine Indian languages, and a scored lead handed to your counsellors.
- Intake controls — Choose which courses are open, set admission end dates, and attach scholarships or fee discounts to attract the profiles you want.
- Live intake dashboard — Applications, approvals, consultant admissions, hostel allocations and fee collection as running counts, current as of the last transaction.
What makes it different
- The demand side comes with it. This is not just software to receive applications — your courses are listed on an app students use to compare 900+ colleges before they apply.
- Applications arrive structured. Documents are attached, eligibility fields are populated, and nothing is re-typed from a scanned form.
- Admission, fee and student records are the same record at three stages of its life, so the accepted applicant is already a student on day one.
- Consultant, app and direct channels are measured side by side in one ledger.
- Fee collection is in the same flow: generate the demand and take payment over BBPS or in-app checkout as soon as the seat is offered.
How onboarding works
- Institutional review — The partnerships desk logs your catalog — streams, courses, batches and fee structure — and issues your platform keys.
- List your courses — Configure batches, courses and itemised fee heads in the ERP, then choose which of them open for mobile applications.
- Publish your profile — Complete institution details, banners, hostels and campus fests, and switch on 'show in app' so students can find you.
- Authorise payments — Connect the Axis Bank BOU for BBPS billing so an offered seat can be confirmed with a payment straight away.
What it connects to
- The Eduvy student app — where the applications come from.
- The Eduvy college ERP, whose admissions, student and document modules the pipeline runs through.
- Fee collection over Bharat Connect (BBPS) and the in-app gateway, for seat-confirmation and term fees.
- Ava by Eduvy (CRM), whose own site is eduvycrm.com, for calling and qualifying the enquiry pool ahead of the queue.
- Education loans and Easy EMI plans from partner NBFCs, so affordability does not become a lost admission.
College Admissions Platform: common questions
Where do the applications come from?
From the Eduvy student app, where students filter colleges by state, place and programme and apply from one profile; from consultants working your catalog through their own console; and from enquiries Ava has called and qualified. All three land in the same queue. Enquiry follow-ups and counsellor pipelines sit in Ava herself, at eduvycrm.com/lead-management-software-for-colleges.
Do students have to re-enter their documents for each college?
No. A student uploads marksheets and certificates once to their Eduvy profile and applies to several colleges with them, which is also why the records reaching your queue are complete.
Is it NAAC and AICTE reporting ready?
Eduvy keeps applications, approvals, admitted-student records and the documents behind them in one queryable database you can export, which is the raw material accreditation reporting is compiled from. Eduvy ships no pre-approved NAAC or AICTE templates and makes no compliance certification claim — tell the team which formats your cycle needs and it will confirm what the export covers.
How is the admissions platform priced — is it per student?
Eduvy publishes no per-student price list. Pricing is quoted per institution after the partnerships desk reviews your catalog and the modules you want, and you get a written proposal with integration milestones before anything is signed.
Can we migrate data from our existing admissions system?
Yes. Student, staff, course and fee records are brought across during the institutional review, before your platform keys are issued, so you start with your real data. Send the desk an export of what you hold and it will confirm the formats it takes.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Students use the Eduvy app on Android and iOS for discovery, applications, fee payment, timetable, attendance and their digital ID; staff get the HRMS staff app for attendance, leave and payslips. Administrators work in the browser dashboard.
