College Fests and Campus Events

Eduvy's campus events service lists fests, seminars and admission fests at partnered colleges and issues a digital pass — as a participant at your own institution, or as a guest with a QR pass to attend another campus. Cross-campus events are how students meet people outside their own classroom, and the usual obstacle is access: a fest at another college means knowing someone, an email chain and a gate argument. Eduvy replaces that with a registry students can browse and a pass a gate can scan.

Events are filterable by college, and each listing carries the category, dates, venue and what it involves — technical fests, cultural galas, moot courts, nursing and medical symposia, and the admission fests where you can apply to a college on the spot.

How it works

  1. Browse the registry — Open campus events in the Eduvy app and filter by college or by category.
  2. Pick your role — Register as a participant at your own institution, or request a guest pass to attend another campus.
  3. Register — Confirm your details — name, contact, and your own college if you are attending as a guest.
  4. Get the pass — A digital pass with a scannable QR code is issued to you, carrying the event, campus, date and your identity.
  5. Show it at the gate — The QR pass is scanned on arrival; there is no printed ticket and no separate list to be on.
