Apply to Colleges on the Eduvy App

Eduvy's admissions service lets a student compare colleges, read the full year-wise fee structure and apply directly from the Eduvy mobile app, using one profile and one set of uploaded documents for every application. The app is the bridge between students and institutions, and it was built for students applying away from home — rural applicants looking at urban campuses, families comparing four colleges they cannot all visit. Filters for state, place and programme narrow 900+ Bangalore colleges to a shortlist; each profile then shows courses, the Eduvy benefit fee structure broken down by year, hostels with monthly costs, placement records and facilities.

You apply from that shortlist. Applications go to the college's own admissions queue as complete records, so it reviews an application rather than chasing you for a missing marksheet, and you pay the admission fee in the app once a seat is offered.

How it works

  1. Get the app and register — Download Eduvy from the Play Store or App Store and create one student profile.
  2. Set your filters — State, place, programme and budget — the catalog narrows to colleges that actually fit.
  3. Compare properly — Year-wise fees, hostel costs, placement records and facilities side by side, not brochure by brochure.
  4. Upload documents once — Photograph your marksheets and certificates in the app; they are reused for every application.
  5. Apply to several colleges — One profile, multiple applications, tracked in the app until an admission is confirmed.
  6. Confirm the seat — Accept the offer and pay the admission fee in the app; the same record becomes your student dashboard.

Documents to keep ready

Colleges verify these through the platform, so having them photographed before you apply saves a round trip.

  • 10+2 mark sheets and passing certificate, or degree mark sheets for a postgraduate course.
  • Transfer certificate and migration certificate from your last institution.
  • A government photo ID, and Aadhaar where you hold one.
  • Passport-size photographs.
  • Any affidavit or category certificate the specific course asks for.

Apply to Colleges on the Eduvy App: common questions

Does it cost anything to apply through Eduvy?

Comparing colleges and building your profile on the app is free. Individual colleges set their own application and admission fees, which are shown before you pay and are paid to the college through the app.

Can I apply to more than one college at a time?

Yes — that is the point of one profile. Apply to as many colleges as you want from the same documents and track each application in the app until an admission is confirmed.

How do I know the fees shown are real?

Fee structures are published by the college through its Eduvy dashboard and shown year-wise, including admission, registration, university, tuition and hostel heads. Always confirm the current figure with the college before paying.

What happens after my admission is confirmed?

The same profile becomes your student dashboard: digital ID card, timetable, attendance, fee ledger and receipts. See the student dashboard and fee payment services.
