We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both
front and back end programming. Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing
and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications
and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product,
requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preference would be given to candidates who have an experience in Development.
Responsibilities
- -> Work closely with the founders to spec and implement core products and features.
- -> Implement new interfaces and functionality from the ground up, including UIs and APIs.
- -> A full-stack generalist with deep experience building web and native applications.
- -> Comfortable with Python Django.
- -> Have experience in building web applications in Python and Django.
- -> In-depth understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks(React/Angular).
- -> Model database architecture for performance and scalability.
- -> Strong experience with Postgres or another SQL RDBMS, Must have modelled database schemas for large-scale applications.
- -> Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.
- -> Have experience building and running production-ready API’s.
- -> Obsess about continuous product improvement beyond shipping new products.
- -> Passionate about solving a real-world problem.
- -> Strong bias towards action but ground your decisions on data and a thorough process.
- -> Solid foundational concepts like algorithms, APIs, scaling and performance.
- -> Willingness to work long hours and hustling attitude towards meeting the deadlines.
Qualifications
- -> Engineer/B.E/MCA
- -> User interface and visual design chops.
- -> Min 5-7 years of Experience in relevant industry.
- -> Previous experience working in Fintech.
- -> Experience with AWS.
